Jonathan Reiner is a self-taught printmaker and a Doctor based in London and Tel Aviv. He has been devoting recent years to the exploration of colour, pattern and composition through the medium of silkscreen printing. His work combines graphic and illustrative components through the use of drawing alongside manipulation of photographic textures and details. He is fascinated by female portraiture, cultural constructs of beauty and the expansive and wild possibilities of imagination. He has previously exhibited in London, Los Angeles, Berlin and Israel.
