Jess Wilson graduated in 2006 and has been living and working in London ever since. Using crayons, paints, inks and paper to create her unique illustrations and typographic works, she draws inspiration from humorous occurrences which happen around her in real life and in the media. Graduating from university with a 1st degree honours in Graphic design she started straight away getting her illustration work out there. Jess has worked with top clients producing big jobs for magazines, clothing ranges, prints, books and packaging. As well as working with clients Jess tries to get involved in as many exhibitions as possible and carrying out self initiated projects.

"What’s particularly great about Jess’ work is the amount of energy she manages to pack into each drawing. Every one is loaded with frantic energy, scribbled with what seems like a fiendish urgency. In spite of that her drawings are remarkably cohesive, striking a balance between being rough and ready and considerately composed." - James Cartwright

Jess Wilson has exhibited at the V&A and all over London as well as in Estonia and Japan and featured in the Jealous x Saatchi Gallery show RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW, 2021.

“One of the important things that I think Paul and I have in common is we both have a sense of putting something back into the system that gave so much to us, and I think we share that view. I would say that the print is kind of a reflection of that association where we’re putting something back into the world.” - Sir Michael Craig-Martin
