Dan Holiday was born in Gosport and studied at Portsmouth, West Sussex and the RCA London. He has been working from his East London Studio, The Mangle, for the last Twenty years making his own work which includes Fine Art Editions, Artists Books and Graphic Posters for numerous independent music clubs, labels and bands, and exhibits regularly.


His work communicates a continuous theme, the natural versus the artificial, cartoon abstraction mirroring the real world to create his own visual language, using the printmaking medium to accentuate this language with flat bold colours and repetition.
